Jason is an attorney and former Foreign Service Attaché with the United States Department of State. Having served in the Counterterrorism Bureau and the Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons, Jason has handled issues relating to Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and North America. Jason has legal expertise in export controls, and has counseled clients on matters relating to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Mr. Martin’s compliance expertise is complimented by his direct connections to the Department of State, Department of Defense, and Defense Security Cooperation Agency. Mr. Martin is a Certified Export Compliance Professional (CECP).

Tiffany has over 35 years experience in the legal field. Starting out as a receptionist at the prestigious San Diego Law Firm of Seltzer, Caplan, Wilkins & MaMahon in 1988, Tiffany worked her way up to a legal secretary/assistant, a paralegal assistant, and then received her Paralegal Certificate in 1997 when she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. Since then, Tiffany has worked in both San Diego and Las Vegas as a paralegal and a legal administrator. She has also worked as the HR Manager at a national litigation support group. Tiffany has excellent client service and communication skills and will always be available to you for anything you may need.
